Metaspace does not , store, or retain directly identifiable personal data of Users.

The only data required by Metaspace consists of anonymized unique strings obtained from third-party authentication providers or clients.

    • Via secure cloud infrastructure managed by Metaspace and its service providers

Where Data is transferred outside the User’s jurisdiction, appropriate safeguards are applied in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR (where applicable), Indian IT laws, and UAE data protection regulations.

RETENTION TIME

Anonymized Usage Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to comply with legal obligations.

Once the retention period expires, such Data is deleted. Rights such as access, rectification, or portability cannot be enforced after deletion due to anonymization.
